He then sat on the edge of the bed and took out the seashell bracelet from his pocket. “I know you can hear everything I’m saying.
“Zach, do remember this, when you wake up, don’t seek revenge on Maddie, but to atone for everything you’ve done to her.
“All this time, there’s been a barrier between you and her because she thought Ethan was dead and you were connected to it. But remember, she never owed you anything. She has the right to choose who she wants to fall for. But Ethan actually isn’t dead, and he’s living well.

Kai stared at Zach’s fingers, and for a moment, he noticed Zach’s ring finger, which had a ring on, moved. Kai smiled. “So now you’re worried. Otherwise, you would’ve done something long ago!”
Within fifteen minutes after Blake briefed Liam on his schedule for the day, Kai opened the ward door and walked out. When she saw Kai, she immediately stood up. “Dr. Stewart, how’s Mr. Jardin?”
Kai replied, “How else can he be? He still looks miserable, but he should wake up within this month.”
Blake smiled happily. “Really? That’s great.”
Kai looked at Liam, who was silent, and suddenly said, “When are you two getting married? Don’t forget to invite me to your wedding.”
His words created an awkward atmosphere between Blake and Liam.
Blake looked away and responded, “Dr. Stewart, you’ve misunderstood us!”
Kai chuckled and did not say anything. However, at that moment, a voice chimed in, “I didn’t go looking for you, but here you are!”
The three of them looked to the side and saw Cecilia walking toward them. Cecilia continued saying, “For their wedding, I’ll personally deliver the invitation to you. You don’t need to worry about it.”

Kai then walked away before adding, ” Oh, Blake, remember, if anything ever happens to me one day, the person responsible is most likely Cecilia. I’ve already informed the police about this too.”
