With swift movements, Alex and Anna threw the three back into their car, climbing over the walls of the manor like raccoons. However, just as they landed on the ground inside, sharp beeping alarm sounds were heard. “What’s happening? Are these infrared surveillance cameras?” Both of them were stunned as they looked at each other, puzzled. Anna nodded. “Yeah, I was too careless.” Alex helplessly said, “I find you’re kind of amateur, could it be that you are a part-timer in Divine Constabulary?” Anna fumed and said, “I’m an official member! Isn’t that just an alarm? Why would we need to dismantle it beforehand? It’s just the same if I barge in openly.” Her team member earlier had given her the accurate bearings of Pepper’s location.
