Shouldn’t Mess Up with My Hidden Heiress Ex-wife Chapter 97 by HusnaS

97. Come Back To Me

“Ha!” Heidi threw her head back and laughed hard. “Of course, she’s a saint. The most perfect woman in your eyes. Your dear wallflower wouldn’t do something as small as hurting a fly, even.”

“I am not here to complain about Tracy to you, Lucas Harrison. I just want you to warn her.” Stepping forward, Heidi jabbed her finger at his chest. “If not, I will get back at her for wanting to end my life. If she repeats any nonsense with me, it will be her biggest regret.”

Her anger stunned him. Never had he seen her this furious, ever.

What was she even talking about?

Lucas wondered how Tracy could have a hand in Heidi’s accident. Wasn’t she also a victim at Zach Olsen’s Villa?

Heidi gave him a scornful look. “Cat got your tongue?”

She’d been so ready to argue with him and give him a piece of her mind, but Lucas looked as if he’d swallowed glue.

Hoping that he had heard her words and would warn that crazy and insecure bitch to stay away from her, Heidi deemed her job here as done.

She turned around and headed for the door, then she sighted something familiar.

Standing in a corner was a beautiful huge flower vase crafted with crystal beads that shone with many colors.

Recalling how hard she’d worked to make that flower vase, she couldn’t help but remember what a fool she’d been.

She strode to that corner and picked up the vase.

“Heidi, wait.” Lucas hurried up to her. ” I don’t know what you were talking about, but there’s something I want to tell you.”

“We’re not that close, Mr. Harrison. Why should I care to listen?”

“Don’t go until you hear what I have to say.” And to make sure she wouldn’t move, Lucas held the flower vase.

But Heidi surprised him with her strength by snatching the vase away. Whatever you have to say is none of my concern. Lucas Harrison, I might smash this vase on your head if you don’t let me go!”

Instinctively, Lucas stepped away from the crazy woman.

Watching Heidi leave, he didn’t dare chase after her. He cursed under his breath and paced back and forth.

“Y-You Master,” Mira, who had witnessed everything, stammered. “Th -That isn’t the former Young Madam, right? Why’s she so mad?”

“Scram!”

Lucas was also enraged that he didn’t get to express his desire. He wanted Heidi back, and this was the best time to let her know.

Feeling like a fool for just standing and doing nothing, he strode out of the Villa but was met with an empty street.

“Where did she go?” He asked the security.

The security man scratched his head. ” You mean the former Young Madam?”

“Who else would I ask about?”

“Her- Her car followed that direction. She has left already.”

“Damnit! Heidi, you should have let me follow you and maybe beat that scumbag up.”

That was what Heidi had been afraid of. Zach getting into another fight for her.

“I just wanted to warn him about Tracy. I hope Lucas Harrison will reign her in. Because I won’t be lenient in dealing with her.”

“And what are you gonna do with this vase?” Zach glanced at the flower vase in the backseat.

“Throw it into the sea-” Heidi replied.

But she hadn’t finished speaking when another car blocked their path.

“Son of a b*tch!” Zach’s car came to a screeching halt, his pupils wide in astonishment. “Is that person tired of their life?”

The shock impacted Heidi so much that she let out a scream.

The other car came to a stop, and when she saw the person that came out of it, her expression darkened.

“Now the real war’s gonna begin.” Zach’s eyes glinted darkly. “You can’t stop me this time, Heidi. I’m gonna cripple your ex-husband for real.”

Zach stormed out of his car, heading towards Lucas.

Heidi also jumped out, hurrying after him, and wondering what got into the man.

Why did Lucas follow them?

Was it to defend his mistress?

“Lucas Harrison, thank God there isn’t a single person around. We’re gonna end everything today.”

Zach flung a fist towards him, but Lucas caught it with ease and pushed him away.

Realizing that Heidi had been together with Zach Olsen, Lucas’s first thought was to punch the guy in the face. However, he ignored Zach and stepped towards Heidi.

With a tone of urgency in his voice, he spoke, “Come back to me, Heidi. Let’s cancel the divorce. Forget everything that happened, let’s go back home.”
