Suddenly, a jacket was draped around Elise’s body.
She subconsciously glanced at it before lifting her head up, meeting Kenneth’s deep, dark eyes.
“In the future, there will be more banquets of this kind. Since you get cold easily, remember to match a small shawl with your dress so that you won’t feel cold,” Kenneth said in a gentle voice.
At that moment, as Elise looked at Kenneth, his face suddenly shifted into Alexander’s again.

“What?” Elise didn’t understand what he meant.

“Why do you bother?” Elise didn’t know how to persuade him.
“You’re not me, so how would you know if it’s a bother to me or not?” Kenneth’s gentle gaze never left his eyes from the beginning to the end.
