Dalen smirked at Ruby.
Ruby snorted, “Hmph! What’s so impressive about that? That brat was just testing the waters. He didn’t even unleash his full strength. Even a pig could defend against it!”
Dalen merely smiled in response. However, Miles, who was beside them, had a strange look on his face.
Even though he knew she was referring to Dustin, her words felt particularly cutting.
After all, he had been defeated by a single strike. Didn’t that imply he was less capable than a pig? It was a stinging remark.
“Dragonmarshian, you’re stronger than I thought. However, it’s a pity that today, you are still going to suffer defeat!” Marco was momentarily stunned before quickly composing himself with seriousness.
Despite unleashing 70% of his power in that last strike, Dustin had effortlessly defended against it. This proved that Dustin was a formidable opponent, even more so than Vincent from the earlier rounds.
Vincent only had exceptional spear techniques and failed to put any pressure on him.
However, the sword light that Dustin displayed earlier made him realize how formidable of an opponent Dustin was.
“What’s with all the nonsense? Just give me all you got.” Dustin beckoned Marco forward once more with a provocative look.
“Alright, it’s time you bear witness to a true Kimbokuan skill!” Marco sheathed his sword slowly.
Lowering his body into a forward- leaning stance, he lunged one leg and slightly bent the other. His one hand pressed against the sheath of his sword, while the other gripped the hilt.
In an instant, he exuded an entirely different demeanor as wisps of blood- red smoke slowly emanated from his body, resembling steam.
Marco exhaled deeply, slowly closing his eyes. Enveloped in the blood-red smoke, he looked like a crouching beast ready to strike at any moment.
“What’s going on? Is he unleashing his ultimate skill?”
“He’s giving off a totally different vibe, he must be preparing to go all out!”
“This is bad! This is Jump Force’s initial stance. The young lad is in danger!” Someone in the crowd understood what was going on, and their face turned pale with concern.
“Jump Force? Isn’t that Luca Alessio, the Kimboku Sword Sage’s renowned skill?”
“That’s right! Luca is Kimboku’s strongest Sword Sage, and his creation, Jump Force, is legendary. It’s said that once unleashed, no one can withstand its might!”
“Luca even managed to slay an ultimate grandmaster from Glorian with that skill.”
“Goodness gracious! Is Jump Force really that powerful? Can it really take down ultimate grandmasters?”
“If Marco knows this technique, then he must be Luca’s personal disciple. While he may not match Luca’s strength, defending against Jump Force won’t be easy by any means!”
“Crap, this is bad! Dustin is as good as dead with Jump Force unleashed!”
When the crowd recognized that it was Jump Force’s initial stance, they finally alluded to Marco’s identity. At that moment, Dragonmarsh’s martial artists began to panic.
Luca, known as the strongest Sword Sage of Kimboku, was a legendary figure for the Kimbokuans.
It was clear that Marco, being Luca’s disciple, possessed immense prowess, especially when he had mastery of Luca’s ultimate skill.
In such a scenario, Dustin had zero chance of victory and might not even survive the encounter.
Jump Force was notorious for its speed, precision, and lethality. Its swiftness was such that opponents often found themselves decapitated before they could react.
