After about fifteen minutes, Wyatt and the others returned. Although they indeed brought back some mystical herbs, the amount was insufficient to treat the dozen or so alchemists.
“Save as many as we can. As for the rest, it’s up to fate!” Wyatt said helplessly.
“These mystical herbs are sufficient!” Jared declared after a glance.
“They’re sufficient?” Wyatt exclaimed in ‘surprise.
“Refining these mystical herbs into a dozen or so pills would be a challenge, no? Well, unless each one is a perfect pill. There can’t be the slightest failure either,” an alchemist chimed in.
After all, there was a certain chance of failure when an alchemist refined pills. The refined pills weren’t always perfect either, their tiers varying.
Hence, refining a single pill often required several corresponding mystical herbs, using the quantity to compensate for the low tier of the pill.
For the same type of pill, lower-tier ones would require five to recover, while one of a higher-tier or perfect quality, needed only one.
However, not just anyone could refine a perfect pill. Jared didn’t utter a word. Instead, he took Divine Cauldron out directly.
By then, he no longer needed to guard against anyone.
Moreover, after the incident this time, he believed that the alchemists there wouldn’t covet his Divine Cauldron.
Upon seeing Jared’s Divine Cauldron, everyone gasped in astonishment.
They all stood frozen in place, their faces a picture of disbelief.

Jared retrieved a dozen or so pills from Divine Cauldron.
Each one was incredibly lush, their luster absolutely dazzling.
“Perfect pills. They’re truly perfect pills!”
When everyone saw the pills Jared refined, their excitement was palpable.
“Please feed these pills to the injured alchemists, President Chance!”
Jared handed the pills to Wyatt before putting Divine Cauldron away.
“Sure!” Wyatt nodded.
After the injured alchemists had taken the pills, their complexions improved significantly.
However, it was no longer possible for them to continue up the mountain anymore, for they simply wouldn’t be able to hold out if they encountered further danger.
Hence, they could only stay put or wait until they had recovered fully before going down the mountain together.
After making all the arrangements, Jared followed Wyatt and the others as they continued their journey toward the mountaintop.
But after they had traveled some distance, they surprisingly noticed that Cauldron Peak in front of them had unexpectedly turned semi- transparent.
A flight of stone steps also came into view before them. It seemed that if they wanted to reach the top, they had no other choice but to take the steps. Everywhere else appeared semi- ‘transparent, so nobody dared to take a step forward.
“It seems this is the final test. If one can climb these stone steps to the top, he’ll uncover Medicine God’s legacy,” Wyatt surmised, gazing at the stone steps.
